The Council is developing a 10-year Sport and Recreation Strategic Plan for our region.
The plan will act as a road map for the future provision of sport and recreation in the Mackay region and identify strategies and priorities for sport and recreation over the next decade.
Council has engaged consultants Otium Planning Group to develop the plan.
Sport and recreational facilities are important and Council wants to better understand the community's insights into issues and priorities in this area.
