Beaconsfield Road East sewerage pump station realignment

Mackay Regional Council wishes to advise we will be undertaking sewerage pump station realignment works on Beaconsfield Road East.

Works will begin on Monday, September 29, 2025 and are expected to be completed by early December 2025, weather permitting. Please refer to map overleaf for the area of works.

Works will be undertaken from 6.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Some weekend work may also be required.

Two-lane traffic will be maintained for the duration of works with reduced speed zones in place.

Pedestrian access to the footpath in front of Aldi and Wake House Australia will be maintained. “Cyclist dismount” signage will be in place for the duration of the works.

There will be some noise and dust disturbances with various plant and equipment on-site.
