Proposed lease of reserve land - Celeber Drive Park

Council has been approached by Whitsunday Anglican School with a proposal to lease a portion of the reserve land adjoining the school at Celeber Drive, Andergrove.

The school intends to construct and fund a sealed carpark on this area, while retaining green open space and vegetation where possible. Access to neighbouring Zeolla Park and the football oval would also be improved.

The proposed carpark would formalise the current informal use of the land and be available for public use outside of school hours and school events.
