Cuttersfield estate – bioretention basin renewals

Works will be undertaken at selected bioretention basin sites within Cuttersfield Estate, Ooralea.

These works will involve the removal/renewal of existing bioretention basins that no longer meet current requirements. Please refer to the works area map in the Map section.

Works will be carried out in stages. The first two sites, located at the eastern end of Eros Court, are scheduled to commence on Monday, July 6, 2026 and will take approximately one week to complete, weather permitting.

The remaining three sites, located at the end of the cul-de-sacs of Eros Court, Sidon Court and Pelorus Court, are expected to commence in August 2026 and will take approximately two weeks to complete, weather permitting.

Work hours will be Monday to Friday, 6.30am to 6pm, and weekends where required.

Residents may notice construction activity, machinery and minor noise while the works are being undertaken. Minor traffic and pedestrian management may also be in place where required. Access to properties will be maintained where possible.
