Homebush Dam Survey Works

Survey works planned for residential properties downstream of Homebush Dam, Homebush.

Members of council’s survey team will be completing survey works on residential properties downstream of Homebush Dam during the week of April 29, weather permitting.

This work is a requirement of the Queensland Government to ascertain levels of all residential buildings downstream of referable dams to ensure safe operations.

The surveyors will require access onto your property to measure ‘plinth levels’ i.e., the level where the footing of a building meets the natural ground level. The surveyors can obtain this level from the outside of a building and will not need to enter your home or shed/s.
