Council is interested in hearing your thoughts on our paid parking system.

We have a council-branded parking app (Mackay Parking) that is used to pay for parking at council's four off-street parking areas in the Mackay City Centre and paid parking machines on Gordon and Wood streets.

This survey will only take five minutes to complete, and your feedback will help us improve our paid parking system.

The winners of the double passes to comedian Dane Simpson’s show "Always Was, Always Will Be…Funny" at the MECC on Saturday, September 26, 2026, were:
