On behalf of Mackay Regional Council, Contractor, CSA Specialised Services, will be undertaking sewer manhole condition inspections in the Mackay region from late-October to December 2026, weather permitting.

CSA Specialised Services staff may need to enter properties to access the manhole/s.

Impacted residents will receive a notification letter from Mackay Regional Council and the contractor will door knock your property at least 24 hours’ prior to completing the works on your property.

The inspection will be completed between the hours of 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday and is expected to take no longer than 30 minutes.

Whilst the inspection is taking place there will be no interruptions to your sewerage services.
