Join us for a Community Planting Day at Woodlands District Park – Sunday, July 19

Healthy Land & Water, in partnership with Mackay Regional Council and Pioneer Catchment Landcare, are holding a community planting day to celebrate the completion of on‑ground works at Woodlands District Park, Andergrove.

Join us for a free, catered, hands‑on morning planting native trees and vegetation to help restore an important watercourse flowing to McCreadys Creek.

The event will be held on Sunday, July 19, from 9am to 11:30am. Please meet at the entrance to Woodlands District Park off Domino Crescent.

This event is a great opportunity to become part of the ongoing story and legacy of your local waterway, connect with your local community and support a healthier environment for the future.
