Queens Park 2018 Community Consultation

Community consultation at the Mackay Show 2018 made use of wooden building blocks to explore opportunities in a range of locations across the PDA. Block scenarios shown in all images are the result of open discussion with the community to explore potential opportunities on lesser-used areas of public land. Whilst community feedback on potential opportunities was generally positive, council does not view this as a blanket endorsement of any development in these areas, with further investigation and community consultation required. The scenarios shown do not represent proposed or approved plans for development, or council policy.
